By placing an order through Xelestina Art Shop, you agree to the following terms and policies listed below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days unless stated otherwise. Larger orders, pre-orders, convention periods, holidays, or unexpected circumstances may require additional processing time.

Please understand that all products are packaged and handled with care by a small artist-run shop ✨

Shipping & Delivery

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the courier and postal services.

Estimated shipping times:

• Local orders: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 2–4 weeks or longer depending on customs and postal delays

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, postal backlogs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Xelestina Art Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping courier.

However, we will do our best to assist customers in tracking packages and resolving shipping concerns whenever possible ♡

Replacement requests for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on stock availability and shipping circumstances.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of small business products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged or defective

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and provide clear photo proof of the issue.

Minor differences in color caused by screen settings, printing variations, or handmade production are not considered defects.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, and abuse of refund policies will be documented and disputed with supporting evidence, including shipment records, tracking information, order confirmations, and communication history.

Customers who engage in abusive behavior, scams, harassment, or repeated fraudulent claims may be refused future service and blocked from purchasing from the shop.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, VAT, import duties, or additional charges required by their country.

Xelestina Art Shop is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed after shipment.

Product Usage & Copyright

All artwork, illustrations, designs, and products are copyrighted by Xelestina Art Shop.

Products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, traced, edited, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

Policy Updates

These policies may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
