Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our stickers are waterproof and scratch-resistant, making them perfect for journals, water bottles, gadgets, and light outdoor use ✨

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days unless stated otherwise. Larger orders, pre-orders, convention periods, holidays, or unexpected circumstances may require additional processing time.

Please understand that all products are packaged and handled with care by a small artist-run shop ✨

Shipping & Delivery

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the courier and postal services.

Estimated shipping times:

• Local orders: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 2–4 weeks or longer depending on customs and postal delays

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, postal backlogs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information are outside of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally 🌎

Most international orders are shipped via International Registered Mail through PHLPost unless stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and local postal services.

If you would like premium express shipping through DHL or FedEx, feel free to contact us before ordering. Additional courier fees will apply.

What is your refund or replacement policy?

Why did shipping rates to the USA increase?

Due to rising U.S.-bound air freight costs, limited carrier space, and tariffs, shipping rates to the USA have increased significantly.

All USA bound parcels will be shipped thru PhlPost Air Parcel. T.T

Where can I track my order?

Tracking details will be provided once your package has been shipped.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment, as postal systems may take time to reflect movement.

For tracking:

• International orders: PHLPost or third-party tracking websites like PostTrack
• Local orders: J&T Express website or app

Can I use your designs for commercial use?

All artwork and designs are for personal use only.
