What is your refund or replacement policy?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your package gets lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help arrange a replacement when possible. Replacement availability depends on stock and item type.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for packages that have already been successfully delivered.

For international replacement shipments, any help with additional shipping costs would be greatly appreciated due to high courier fees ♡


What happens if my package gets returned?

Although rare, some packages may be returned due to incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or customs issues.

If your package is returned to us, reshipping fees will need to be covered before we can send it again.
